The forever used hf welded tube mill machine uses high-frequency current to achieve rapid welding of metal pipes. Its principle is mainly based on electromagnetic induction and the thermal effect of high-frequency current.

1. Generation of high-frequency current

The forever used hf welded tube mill machine first generates high-frequency alternating current through a high-frequency power supply. The frequency of high-frequency current is usually between tens of kilohertz and hundreds of kilohertz, and the specific frequency depends on the type of welding material and the size of the pipe. The higher the frequency of the high-frequency current, the more obvious the skin effect of the current.

2. Skin effect

When high-frequency current flows in a conductor, due to the effect of electromagnetic induction, the current will concentrate on the surface of the conductor. This phenomenon is called the skin effect. The skin effect causes the high-frequency current to generate a large amount of heat near the metal surface, while the current density inside the metal is small, so the heat is mainly concentrated on the surface of the metal.

3. Induction heating

The forever used hf welded tube mill machine introduces high-frequency current into the metal pipe to be welded through an induction coil (also called an inductor or induction head). When high-frequency current passes through the induction coil, an alternating magnetic field is generated on the surface of the metal pipe. According to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, the alternating magnetic field induces eddy currents inside the metal pipe. These eddy currents are concentrated on the surface of the metal pipe, causing the local area to heat up rapidly.

4. Heating of the welding area

During the welding process, the induction coil is usually placed near the welding edge of the metal pipe. Through the induction heating of the high-frequency current, the metal at the welding edge quickly heats up to the temperature required for welding (usually close to the melting point of the metal). At this time, the metal at the welding edge becomes soft and even partially melts, forming a molten area.

5. Welding process

After the welding area is heated to the appropriate temperature, the two edges of the metal pipe are squeezed together. Since the welding edge has been partially melted or softened, the two edges are quickly combined under the action of pressure to form a strong welded joint. During the welding process, the heating speed of the high-frequency current is very fast, and it usually takes only a few seconds to complete the welding.

6. Cooling and solidification

After the welding is completed, the welding area is quickly cooled and solidified to form a strong welded joint. Since the heat during welding is mainly concentrated on the surface, the thermal impact of the welding area is small and the welding quality is high.

7. Automatic control

Modern forever used hf welded tube mill machine is usually equipped with an automatic control system that can accurately control the parameters such as the frequency, power, welding speed and pressure of the high-frequency current. The precise control of these parameters ensures the stability of the welding process and the consistency of the welding quality.

8. Applicability of welding materials

Forever used hf welded tube mill machine is suitable for a variety of metal materials, especially materials with good conductivity, such as low carbon steel, stainless steel, copper, aluminum, etc. For different materials, the parameters of forever used hf welded tube mill machine (such as frequency, power, welding speed, etc.) need to be adjusted accordingly to ensure the best welding effect.

Forever used hf welded tube mill machine quickly heats the welding edge of the metal pipe through the electromagnetic induction of high-frequency current and the skin effect of high-frequency current, so that it reaches a molten or softened state, and then combines the two edges together through pressure. This welding method has the advantages of high efficiency, speed and high welding quality, and is widely used in pipe manufacturing, construction, automobile, home appliances and other industries.
