The stainless steel narrow strip (raw material) is fed to the double uncoiler. From the double uncoiler, the stainless steel narrow strip is fed into the vertical looper (after welding on the welding machine). The strip in the looper ensures that the unit continues to produce when the new steel coil is welded to the head and tail. The strip is stored in the free looper and rolled on the inner and outer cages. After the looper, the strip enters the forming unit through side guides and edge treatment. The forming unit consists of 8 transmission frames (4 rough forming + 4 fine forming) and 9 vertical roller frames, where the strip is processed into a tube shape and prepared for welding. After the forming unit is the welding squeeze roller, which consists of a set of welding squeeze rollers and a set of weld guide rollers, placed in front of the welding point, providing perfect support and clamping during steel pipe welding. The pressure rollers are mounted on the main support, which is mounted on the sliding trolley to obtain good edge control and good welding performance. Welding is done by high-frequency welding machine (Sematur). After welding, the outer weld excess height is removed by the outer burr removal device, which is made of a diamond knife set. In addition, the inner burr removal device removes the inner weld excess height. There is a cooling system behind the welding device, which uses a pump to cool the entire pipe with water. After the cooling system is the eddy current flaw detection system, which is used to detect the quality of the weld. After that is the anti-twist section. After the anti-twist section is the sizing section, which is mainly used to trim the roundness. After that is the straightening unit, after the straightening unit is the laser diameter measuring device and the printing device, and after that is the online flying shear device. The shearing trolley is installed on a guide rail with a sliding bearing and is driven by a 40kw motor. The automatic electronic trolley guidance system is controlled by PLC, and the shearing error can be controlled within -0/+5mm. At the tail of the unit is the tube expansion system and a special welded pipe transportation and unloading platform.
